Local Law 10 amends the requirements of the Site Safety Training card.
Effective May 3, 2026:
Mental Health and Suicide Prevention topics will be added to the required training, resulting in the 2 Hour Drug and Alcohol course being renamed to 2 Hour Mental Health Awareness.
